When using SerielleHealth, we only collect information necessary to personalize your gestational milestones and display your logged health trends:

• Account Credentials: Name, email address, and securely hashed passwords.
• Pregnancy Timeline: Estimated due date (used strictly to calculate gestational week and trimester milestones).
• Self-Logged Vitals: Weight (lbs) and blood pressure readings you choose to record.
• AI Assistant Queries: Questions asked to the AI Care Assistant to generate stage-aware educational context.
• Provider Professional Credentials: For healthcare providers, license numbers and clinic verification details.

Your data is utilized strictly for the core features you interact with:

• Rendering your personalized pregnancy timeline, weekly checklists, and trimester progress.
• Comparing logged blood pressure readings against standard non-diagnostic clinical alert thresholds (e.g. flagging systolic ≥ 140 or diastolic ≥ 90 so you and your doctor are aware).
• Displaying logged records to your designated healthcare provider through their secure provider portal.
• Enabling direct messaging between you and your healthcare provider.

We consider your maternal health data deeply personal. We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal or health data to advertisers, data brokers, or third-party marketing companies. Data is only transmitted to service providers strictly required to host and run the platform (cloud database, secure hosting, and AI inference API).

We apply industry-standard security safeguards to protect your records:

• All network transmissions are encrypted via modern TLS/HTTPS protocols.
• Passwords are cryptographically hashed using standard bcrypt algorithms before being stored.
• Platform sessions are verified through signed JSON Web Tokens (JWT) with automatic expiration.
• Database records are stored in managed, serverless PostgreSQL with encrypted connection channels.

You maintain complete ownership of your data. You may permanently delete your account and all associated records (vitals history, appointments, AI chat logs, messages, and pregnancy timeline) at any time directly through the dashboard settings. Account deletion immediately cascades across our database.
